The California Educational Opportunity Report, analyzes public data about the state's college preparation infrastructure and reveals why most California students are not adequately prepared for college.

This report provides statewide data, senate and assembly district-level data, and high school data that demonstrates the relationship between California's declining educational system, lack of high school completion, and relatively low levels of four-year college enrollment.
